Ontario Power Generation Energy Centre


Where: 41 Osbourne Rd, Courtice, Ontario


Client: McKay Cocker Construction


Start: September 2012     Completed: Ongoing


Scope: All flooring including resilient, carpet and tile work) for 3 floors of the building


Challenges: Excess moisture issues due to concrete slab. Solution was install additional moisture barriers to ensure tile work was not adversely affected.
